1. The synovial membrane lines the capsule and produces, which is known as, synovial fluid: which lubricates the movement of the joint.

2. Articular cartilage, in our joints, is where the ends of two or more bones meet; and, the ends of these joint bones are covered with a layered coating of a tough pliant substance called cartilage. This cartilage acts as a sort of shock absorber, and helps the two ends of the bones in our joints to rotate and move smoothly across each other, when we kneel down, walk, or twist and turn our bodies

3. The articular disc is a plate or ring of fibro-cartilage, it is attached to the joint capsule and separates the articular surfaces of the bone ends for varying distances; Egypt, sometimes completely. It acts as an adapter between two articular surfaces which do not always entirely meet together.

4. The capsule is what surrounds the joint; and, it is a tough, fibrous sleeve, which stops our bones from moving, too much, away from the position they should be in. Sometimes the capsule differs in thickness, depending on the distance between the two surfaces of the ends of the bones.

Our minds have trouble focusing on more than one thing at a time. Therefore, if we can focus our minds on something other than the pain, the pain will be less. Remember, however, that you do not want to totally ignore your pain and never ignore chest pain.

Here are a few examples of distraction techniques:

• Engage in an engrossing activity such as gardening, crocheting, cooking, watering your flowers, or just sitting outside near a lake or river. All of these activities can take you away from your pain once and for all.

• You can sing a song as well. for instance, if you are going to do an activity that you know will cause some pain, such as vacuuming, you may want to sing one of your favorite song or or think of a relaxing place or sunset.

• Recall the alphabet backwards.

• Go for a nature walk and be mindful of very step that you take. Breathe deeply.

By engaging your mind in these ways, you will be able to cognitively distract yourself from the pain.
